Terms and Conditions

1. HomePe is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor bearing ARN — 349668.
2. HomePe acts solely as a Mutual Fund Distributor for mutual fund products and as a technology enablement platform for other financial management features.
3. HomePe does not provide investment advisory services, portfolio management services, loans, or credit, unless expressly stated and permitted under applicable regulations.
4. Any tools, calculators, simulations, insights, illustrations, or projections displayed on the Platform are educational and illustrative only and shall not be construed as investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations.

To use the Platform and Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law;
• You have completed KYC as required under applicable SEBI / AMFI regulations (where relevant);
• You are not prohibited under any applicable law, including RBI or SEBI regulations, from accessing financial technology platforms;
• All transactions and investments are made using legitimate sources of funds and your own bank account; and
• If acting on behalf of a legal entity, you are duly authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

4.1 Mutual Fund Distribution Services

HomePe facilitates:

• Purchase, redemption, switch, and SIP transactions of mutual fund schemes;
• Transmission of instructions and funds to Asset Management Companies (“AMCs”) and Registrars & Transfer Agents (“RTAs”); and
• Non‑financial services such as change of details, nomination, and access to statements.

HomePe distributes Regular Mutual Fund Schemes and may receive commissions from AMCs as permitted under law.

4.2 Technology & Financial Management Tools

The Platform may also provide:

• Loan and EMI tracking;
• Repayment schedules, reminders, and simulations;
• Budgeting, savings, and financial planning dashboards; and
• Integrations with banks, NBFCs, payment gateways, or third‑party service providers, subject to separate agreements.

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information;
2. Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account access;
3. Read and understand all scheme‑related documents, including SID, KIM, and SAI, before investing;
4. Independently evaluate the suitability of any financial product or service before use; and
5. Use the Platform only for lawful and intended purposes.

You shall not:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities;
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Circumvent Platform security or controls; or
• Use automated tools without prior authorization.

1. Transactions are processed based on SEBI, AMC, and RTA prescribed cut‑off timings and actual realization of funds.
2. Net Asset Value (NAV) applicability is determined solely by the respective AMC.
3. AMCs reserve the right to accept or reject any transaction.

1. HomePe earns distribution commissions from AMCs for Regular mutual fund schemes.
2. Such commissions are paid from the Total Expense Ratio (TER) disclosed by the AMC and do not directly impact NAV.
3. HomePe does not charge Users directly for mutual fund distribution services unless explicitly stated on the Platform.

1. HomePe does not guarantee returns, capital protection, or performance of any scheme or financial outcome.
2. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.
3. All investment and financial decisions are made at the User’s sole risk.

1. You may submit financial data, documents, or other information (“User Content”).
2. You represent that you have lawful rights to submit such content.
3. You grant HomePe a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, store, process, and display User Content solely for service delivery, compliance, and improvement.
4. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytics and service enhancement.

1. HomePe processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.
2. User data is not sold or rented to third parties.
3. Data may be shared with AMCs, RTAs, regulators, banks, and service providers strictly for service delivery and compliance.

1. The Platform relies on third‑party service providers including AMCs, RTAs, banks, NBFCs, payment gateways, and KYC Registration Agencies.
2. HomePe shall not be liable for delays, failures, or errors attributable to such third parties.

All intellectual property on the Platform is owned by or licensed to HomePe. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license for personal use only.

The Platform and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomePe shall not be liable for market losses, technical failures, third‑party delays, or indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid, if any, in the preceding six (6) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomePe from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

HomePe may suspend or terminate access for regulatory, legal, or misuse‑related reasons. Existing mutual fund investments shall continue with respective AMCs.

HomePe does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features without liability.

Certain features may be paid. All fees shall be disclosed prior to purchase and are non‑refundable unless stated otherwise.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

HomePe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

• You are availing only mutual fund distribution and technology enablement services;
• No investment advisory or lending relationship exists unless explicitly stated; and
• You understand and accept all associated financial and market risks.
